About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of inbound calls, providing timely and professional assistance to customers
- Coordinate and schedule hard waste collection bookings efficiently
- Respond to customer enquiries via email and the company website to ensure prompt resolution
- Maintain and update accurate customer records within the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within a call centre environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to customer satisfaction
