Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent administration and customer service to valued customers and municipal councils.
• Assist customers via phone and email in a friendly and professional manner to address inquiries and resolve issues.
• Perform general administrative tasks including filing, copying, and data entry.
• Develop positive working relationships with internal stakeholders and support functions.
• Maintain accurate data records and ensure compliance with company policies and finance timelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
