About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow customer relationships to drive retention, satisfaction, and sales growth
- Handle customer service requests and inquiries through Salesforce CRM
- Achieve first-call resolution to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Process pricing queries and escalate for compliance and approval
- Investigate, log, and resolve customer complaints to ensure positive outcomes
- Monitor and record all inbound and outbound call and email activity
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role
- Proven ability to manage complaints and resolve customer issues effectively
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate Excel skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Salesforce CRM
