About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow customer relationships to drive retention, satisfaction, and sales growth
  • Handle customer service requests and inquiries through Salesforce CRM
  • Achieve first call resolution to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Process pricing queries and escalate for compliance and approval
  • Investigate, log, and resolve customer complaints to ensure positive outcomes
  • Monitor and record inbound and outbound call and email activity

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales role
  • Proven ability to manage complaints and resolve customer issues effectively
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate Excel skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Salesforce CRM
