About the role
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers via phone and email to manage quotes and inquiries
- Follow up on quotations and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities
- Nurture and grow business relationships with customers
- Continuously identify new ways to improve the customer experience
- Assist with stock control and the presentation of the retail space
Requirements
- Experience working in a customer service or sales environment
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in resolving issues effectively and efficiently
- Proactive approach to building constructive professional relationships
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and a willingness to undergo training
