About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain safety and on-time operations
  • Weigh, tag, and manage cabin baggage and excess baggage payments
  • Welcome customers at check-in and assist with kiosks and boarding
  • Process bookings and assist with disrupted flights or lost baggage
  • Support passengers requiring extra assistance and maintain compliance with Customs and Immigration rules

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Minimum of 18 years of age
  • Unlimited working rights in Australia
  • Availability to work a 7-day rotating roster
  • Ability to handle payments and navigate multiple technology systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure
