About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain safety and on-time operations
- Weigh, tag, and manage cabin baggage and excess baggage payments
- Welcome customers at check-in and assist with kiosks and boarding
- Process bookings and assist with disrupted flights or lost baggage
- Support passengers requiring extra assistance and maintain compliance with Customs and Immigration rules
Requirements
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Unlimited working rights in Australia
- Availability to work a 7-day rotating roster
- Ability to handle payments and navigate multiple technology systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure
