About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the central point of contact for daily service orders
- Manage the full order lifecycle from acceptance to invoicing, including order entry and equipment ordering
- Monitor costs, storage, and shipping processes
- Communicate with customers, factories, and logistics partners regarding order status and delivery dates
- Collaborate closely with internal sales and service operations teams
- Contribute to the optimization of ordering processes, procedures, and systems
Requirements
- Completed MBO-level education
- Fluency in both Dutch and English
- Availability for 32 to 40 hours per week
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in a similar customer service role is a plus

- Living in or near the Breda area
