Customer Service Medewerker

Responsibilities

• Act as the central point of contact for daily service orders, managing the entire process from order acceptance to invoicing.
• Handle order entry, equipment ordering, cost monitoring, storage, and shipping.
• Communicate with customers, factories, and logistics partners regarding order status, delivery dates, and specific details.
• Collaborate closely with internal sales and service operations teams.
• Contribute to the optimization of ordering processes, procedures, and systems.

Requirements

• Completed MBO-level education.
• Fluency in both Dutch and English.
• Availability for 32 to 40 hours per week.
• Strong communication skills and an accurate, driven working style.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar customer service or administrative role.
• Living in or near the Breda area.
