About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage implementation, optimization, and innovation projects
  • Design, configure, and maintain the Customer Service systems landscape
  • Analyze operational business drivers to optimize CX and AX
  • Ensure reliable operation and availability of applications and systems
  • Own documentation, continuous improvement, and rollout of best practices
  • Plan and execute functional testing and quality assurance activities
  • Act as a key point of contact for external vendors and internal teams

Requirements

  • Completed degree and relevant professional experience
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Solid experience with CRM systems like Zendesk
  • Strong understanding of Customer Service operations and KPIs
  • Analytical thinking and business acumen
  • Hands-on mentality and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the E-Commerce industry
  • Experience in data-driven environments
