About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage implementation, optimization, and innovation projects
- Design, configure, and maintain the Customer Service systems landscape
- Analyze operational business drivers to optimize CX and AX
- Ensure reliable operation and availability of applications and systems
- Own documentation, continuous improvement, and rollout of best practices
- Plan and execute functional testing and quality assurance activities
- Act as a key point of contact for external vendors and internal teams
Requirements
- Completed degree and relevant professional experience
- Fluent in German and English
- Solid experience with CRM systems like Zendesk
- Strong understanding of Customer Service operations and KPIs
- Analytical thinking and business acumen
- Hands-on mentality and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the E-Commerce industry
- Experience in data-driven environments
