About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary liaison and advocate for assigned customer accounts.
  • Manage day-to-day communications and escalations via telephone, email, and vendor portals.
  • Coordinate with operations teams to meet financial and operational goals.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships through regular meetings and feedback loops.
  • Oversee customer escalations to resolution by coordinating with internal departments.
  • Monitor the PowerControl platform to coordinate emergency responses and storm support.
  • Assist with contract renewals, pricing requests, and the review of customer-proposed Scopes of Work.
  • Onboard new customers into company systems and processes.
  • Provide after-hour emergency response as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of B2B Account Manager experience.
  • High School diploma required.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office product suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage strict deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Previous experience in the service industry, specifically within Power Generation or HVAC sectors.
