About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as a customer advocate and liaison between the company and assigned accounts
  • Manage day-to-day account activities, including communication via phone, email, and vendor portals
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships within the power generation and HVAC sectors
  • Coordinate with operations teams to meet financial and operational goals
  • Oversee customer escalations to resolution through internal coordination
  • Monitor the PowerControl platform to coordinate emergency responses and storm support
  • Assist with contract renewals, pricing requests, and reviewing customer-proposed Scopes of Work
  • Onboard new customers into company systems and processes
  • Conduct periodic business reviews and travel to customer sites as required

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of Account Manager experience in a B2B environment
  • High School diploma required
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office product suite
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage workloads with strict deadlines and high attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Previous experience in the service industry, specifically with Power Generation or HVAC equipment
