Responsibilities
- Define and implement service operations strategies to drive excellence in service delivery and align with corporate objectives.
- Develop advanced, scalable operational frameworks for new service offerings to support future growth.
- Drive transformational changes in service operations to address complex challenges and improve efficiency.
- Establish and enforce rigorous standards for quality, compliance, and regulatory adherence.
- Support strategic account planning by providing service insights and identifying customer experience enhancements.
- Manage daily reports, lead service team meetings, and participate in hospital environment of care meetings.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in medical device service operations or biomedical engineering.
- Experience working with or supporting Diagnostic Imaging or large healthcare systems.
- Bachelor's degree, or a Master's degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience in Service Delivery or Service Operations.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and departments.
