Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and report relevant data and KPIs to ensure transparent and efficient processes
• Plan, set up, and manage projects including coordination of measures and tracking results
• Analyze, optimize, and further develop existing processes for sustainable workflows
• Ensure and continuously improve structured documentation processes and reporting
• Manage and develop external partners through performance management, regular reviews, and ensuring service levels
• Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to identify optimization potential and implement quality and efficiency improvements

Requirements

• Completed university degree
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in Customer Success (CS)
• Experience in KPI-based project management
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Practical experience with CRM systems
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in KPI and data analysis
• Business fluent English and/or German
