Responsibilities

- Spend quality time on the shop floor to lead by example and gain customer insights

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Retail Manager, Area Manager, or similar role
- Strong people leadership skills with a hands-on, collaborative approach
- Demonstrated ability to drive team performance and meet KPIs
- Superior customer service skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of retail operations
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
