Responsibilities

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Retail Manager, Area Manager, or similar role
• Strong people leadership skills with a hands-on, collaborative approach
• Demonstrated ability to drive team performance and meet KPIs
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of retail operations
• Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
• Superior customer service skills and a customer-focused mindset
