Customer Service Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily department operations to drive customer satisfaction and financial performance
• Inspire and develop your team through effective coaching, feedback, and recognition
• Foster a high-performance, customer-first culture by role modelling service excellence
• Maximise team productivity through smart workforce planning and task delegation
• Spend quality time on the floor to lead by example and gain valuable customer insights

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Retail Manager, Area Manager or similar, ideally in a retail or department store environment
• Strong people leadership skills with a hands-on, collaborative approach
• Demonstrated ability to drive team performance, meet KPIs, and manage performance effectively
• Customer focused with superior customer service skills
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of retail operations
• Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
• Valid Australian working rights
