Customer Service Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage daily department operations to drive customer satisfaction and financial performance
• Lead, empower, and inspire teams to foster a high-performance, customer-focused culture
• Optimise team productivity through effective workforce management and skill development
• Drive succession planning by coaching and developing the next generation of Myer leaders
• Maximise customer service focus by delegating tasks effectively to minimise operational distractions
• Monitor and achieve KPIs while maintaining strong retail and business acumen

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Retail Manager, Area Manager, or similar role
• Proven people leadership skills with a hands-on approach
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Experience in performance management and driving team excellence
• Strong retail, financial, and business acumen
• Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
• Superior customer service skills and a customer-centric mindset
