Customer Service Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations for Women's Apparel and Accessories departments to drive customer satisfaction and financial performance
• Lead, empower, and inspire retail teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Optimize team productivity through effective workforce management and skill development
• Drive a high-performance culture through consistent coaching, feedback, and recognition
• Monitor KPIs and achieve sales targets while managing operational tasks through effective delegation
• Foster succession planning by developing the next generation of Myer leaders

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Retail Manager, Area Manager, or similar role, ideally within a fashion or retail environment
• Proven people leadership skills with a hands-on approach
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, achieve targets, and monitor KPIs
• Experience in performance management and driving team excellence
• Strong retail, financial, and business acumen
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and peak trading periods
