Customer Service Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage customer repairs and servicing, including tagging faulty products
• Liaise with service agents and suppliers to maintain an up-to-date service database
• Handle administrative duties such as processing invoices, claims, and reconciliations
• Complete required finance paperwork and reporting following company procedures
• Run weekly reports for repairs and service jobs as required
• Advise customers on stock arrivals and organize deliveries
• Maintain a strong focus on Health and Safety standards

• Experience working in a customer-focused retail environment
