About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage customer repairs and servicing, including tagging faulty products and liaising with service agents and suppliers
- Maintain and update the service database to ensure accurate tracking
- Provide regular status updates to customers regarding their repairs to ensure timely completion
- Perform administrative duties such as processing invoices, claims, reconciliations, and finance paperwork
- Generate weekly reports for repairs and service jobs as required by the Proprietor
- Coordinate stock arrivals and organize customer deliveries
- Maintain a strong focus on Health and Safety protocols
Requirements
- Experience working in a customer-focused retail environment
- Proven experience in a high-volume administration role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a "customer champion" mindset
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage own workflow
- Ability to solve problems quickly and resolve customer complaints effectively
- A flexible, "can-do" attitude with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Australian Consumer Law
