Customer Service Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage customer repairs and servicing, including tagging faulty products and liaising with service agents and suppliers
• Maintain and update the service database to ensure accurate tracking
• Provide regular status updates to customers regarding their repairs to ensure timely completion
• Perform administrative duties such as processing credit/debit invoices, claims, reconciliations, and finance paperwork
• Generate weekly repair and service reports for the Proprietor
• Coordinate stock arrivals and organize customer deliveries as requested
• Maintain a strong focus on Health and Safety protocols

Requirements

• Experience working in a successful, customer-focused retail business
• Proven experience in a high-volume administration role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a "customer champion" mindset
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage own workflow
• Experience in resolving customer complaints and making quick, effective decisions
• Ability to multitask and maintain a flexible, "can-do" attitude in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Australian Consumer Law
