Responsibilities

  • Support customers with inquiries and concerns via telephone and email
  • Focus on telephone customer care and reliable processing of incoming emails
  • Work within a fixed team to process and forward customer requests
  • Collaborate closely with various operational teams to solve issues structurally
  • Participate in regular training regarding products, processes, and internal workflows

Requirements

  • Very good German language skills (at least C1) in speaking and writing
  • Strong communication, empathy, and solution-oriented personality
  • Team spirit and a positive, open attitude
  • Initial experience in customer service or similar areas, or motivated career changer
  • High value placed on reliable and service-oriented customer support
