About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach Customer Operations teams across Surgical and Vision Care divisions
- Oversee end-to-end processes including pre-order, order/delivery, and returns
- Collaborate with regional and local stakeholders to support Alcon's transformation toward intelligent service centers
- Monitor service performance and KPIs to ensure high service levels and operational efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement, automation, and compliance initiatives
- Identify distributors and manage customer satisfaction and follow-up
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent business experience
- 3–5 years of proven leadership experience in Customer Operations, OTI, or Supply Chain
- Strong people management skills within a matrix organization
- Experience driving change, process improvement, and cross-functional projects
- Fluency in English and the local language
- Strong SAP (OTI modules) and financial cost analysis skills
- Saudi Nationality is required
