About the role
Responsibilities
- Administer and manage the customer service tool landscape and user access
- Optimize CRM systems through new features, automations, and AI solutions
- Analyze operational performance to improve Customer Experience (CX) and Agent Experience (AX)
- Support strategy development using data insights and performance recommendations
- Perform troubleshooting and bug fixing to ensure stable tool operations
- Coordinate projects and collaborate with stakeholders on tool optimization
Requirements
- Completed degree in business, technology, or a comparable field
- Fluency in German and English
- Experience with CRM systems such as Zendesk is a plus
- Basic knowledge of KPI analysis
- Strong analytical skills and logical thinking
- Structured, independent, and proactive way of working
- Hands-on mentality and solution-oriented mindset
