About the role

Responsibilities

  • Administer and manage the customer service tool landscape and user access
  • Optimize CRM systems through new features, automations, and AI solutions
  • Analyze operational performance to improve Customer Experience (CX) and Agent Experience (AX)
  • Support strategy development using data insights and performance recommendations
  • Perform troubleshooting and bug fixing to ensure stable tool operations
  • Coordinate projects and collaborate with stakeholders on tool optimization

Requirements

  • Completed degree in business, technology, or a comparable field
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Zendesk is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of KPI analysis
  • Strong analytical skills and logical thinking
  • Structured, independent, and proactive way of working
  • Hands-on mentality and solution-oriented mindset
