Responsibilities

• Provide front-line customer service to cinema guests at VOX Cinema
• Assist customers with inquiries and enhance their cinema experience
• Work effectively within a team to maintain high service standards
• Adapt to various shift schedules, including morning and evening shifts

Requirements

• High school certificate or higher
• Ability to provide copies of CV, Emirates ID, and Passport
• Basic communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and work well in a team environment
• Entry-level candidates are welcome (0 years experience required)

Benefits

• Part-time contract option with a salary of AED 6,000
• Full-time contract option with a salary of AED 8,000
• Eligibility for NAFIS allowance upon registration and joining
• Flexible shift schedules available for students
• 5 working days per week (6 hours per day)
