Customer Service & Logistics Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and sales teams to facilitate information sharing and order execution.
• Manage the end-to-end order process in SAP, including sales order entry, proforma invoices, deliveries, and collection advice.
• Ensure "Perfect Order" execution by adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and resolving customer complaints through root cause analysis.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and transporters to negotiate competitive rates and ensure timely delivery of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Monitor and manage logistics regulations and compliance for both import and export operations.
• Support the S&OP process by reviewing sales progress, market updates, and inventory constraints.
• Drive cost-reduction activities and improve overall Order-to-Cash (OTC) performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management from a reputed university.
• 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service or Logistics, specifically within the manufacturing or specialty chemicals industry.
• Proficiency in SAP, particularly within the OTC (Order-to-Cash) workstream.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
