About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor customer orders through management systems including SAP, EDI, and CRM to ensure perfect business execution
  • Support new projects related to Customer Supply Chain digitalization and process innovation
  • Extract and analyze reports from SAP and CRM to support business decision-making
  • Manage order prioritization based on stock levels and urgency, providing proactive feedback to internal stakeholders
  • Handle customer complaints, returns, and credit notes
  • Manage order-related activities according to established cut-off schedules
  • Follow up with logistics partners and customers to ensure punctuality and complete delivery (OTIF)

Requirements

  • Recent graduate with a degree in Management Engineering or economic disciplines (Economics, Management, Statistics)
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Ability to operate effectively in an international business context
