About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor customer orders through management systems including SAP, EDI, and CRM to ensure perfect business execution
- Support new projects related to Customer Supply Chain digitalization and process innovation
- Extract and analyze reports from SAP and CRM to support business decision-making
- Manage order prioritization based on stock levels and urgency, providing proactive feedback to internal stakeholders
- Handle customer complaints, returns, and credit notes
- Manage order-related activities according to established cut-off schedules
- Follow up with logistics partners and customers to ensure punctuality and complete delivery (OTIF)
Requirements
- Recent graduate with a degree in Management Engineering or economic disciplines (Economics, Management, Statistics)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Good knowledge of English
- Ability to operate effectively in an international business context
