About the role
Responsibilities
- Support account managers in the operational implementation of company and brand strategies
- Manage customer payment processing and collections
- Validate blocked orders
- Process requests for client database updates
- Assist with non-payment risk management and debt recovery
- Ensure the integrity of customer and supplier accounts
- Handle accounts receivable tasks, including credit notes and corrective invoices
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bac +3 degree from a Business School or Grande École
- Previous experience working in a corporate environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Fluency in English
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and organizational skills
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively
