About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support account managers in the operational implementation of company and brand strategies
  • Manage customer payment processing and collections
  • Validate blocked orders
  • Process requests for client database updates
  • Assist with non-payment risk management and debt recovery
  • Ensure the integrity of customer and supplier accounts
  • Handle accounts receivable tasks, including credit notes and corrective invoices

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bac +3 degree from a Business School or Grande École
  • Previous experience working in a corporate environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong analytical, synthesis, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and proactively
