About the role
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via chat to address inquiries and provide support
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to the e-learning platform
- Assist with customer onboarding and guide users through the registration process
- Document customer interactions and feedback for team review
- Support the customer support team in maintaining a positive user experience
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Requirements
- Junior or senior student, or a fresh graduate
- Currently pursuing a degree or relevant coursework in communication, education, or a related field
- Strong written English communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism
- Basic technical proficiency and a willingness to learn about e-learning platforms
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Passion for education and a desire to help others succeed
