About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide inbound customer support via phone and KakaoTalk regarding repairs, warranties, and accessories
  • Manage and process system, upgrade, and online store orders with high accuracy
  • Maintain accurate customer and order records using Salesforce and Oracle
  • Support online store operations, including payment tracking, delivery, and returns
  • Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth customer outcomes
  • Assist with administrative tasks and reporting to support the Customer Service team during peak season

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled as a university student
  • Ability to provide professional inbound support via phone and KakaoTalk
  • Strong attention to detail for order management and data entry
  • Proficiency in managing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
