About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide inbound customer support via phone and KakaoTalk regarding repairs, warranties, and accessories
- Manage and process system, upgrade, and online store orders with high accuracy
- Maintain accurate customer and order records using Salesforce and Oracle
- Support online store operations, including payment tracking, delivery, and returns
- Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth customer outcomes
- Assist with administrative tasks and reporting to support the Customer Service team during peak season
Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a university student
- Ability to provide professional inbound support via phone and KakaoTalk
- Strong attention to detail for order management and data entry
- Proficiency in managing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
