About the role
About the Company
FastBuy is a centralized logistics hub in Thailand specializing in consolidated international shipments for customers worldwide. We enable overseas individuals and small businesses to purchase products from any Thai retailer and have them efficiently consolidated at our Thailand warehouse facility.
Responsibilities
- Provide information and resolve inquiries for all customer segments via Phone, Chat, and Email
- Record and track reported cases, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure prompt solutions
- Compile frequently asked questions and common issues to improve service standards and resources
- Assist in optimizing the customer journey to ensure a world-class service experience
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related discipline
- Interest in E-commerce and the international shipping industry
- Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong desire to learn
- Command of the English language
