Customer Service (Hardline)

Responsibilities

• Follow up and monitor testing requests by applicants
• Communicate and cooperate with customers and the laboratory to ensure smooth procedures
• Review test applications and prepare worksheets for laboratory sections
• Distribute testing reports to customers
• Establish and maintain good relationships with customers
• Deal with complaints regarding customer feedback
• Monitor testing jobs and progress
• Update client requirements
• Cooperate with sales and finalization staff for job proceeding

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or 6 months of experience in Customer Service or Testing preferred
• University or College degree in Textile or Chemistry background preferred
• Proficiency in English (Reading, Writing, and Speaking)
• Patient, hardworking, careful, and honest
