About the role
Responsibilities
- Create a personalized customer experience through welcoming and product availability optimization
- Manage customer flows and checkout processes to ensure a seamless experience
- Act as a merchant by listening to needs and proposing complete solutions including financing, loyalty, and accessories
- Diagnose needs, handle after-sales service (SAV), and resolve requests with pedagogy
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail or customer service
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to create warm contact
- Commercial mindset with empathy and curiosity
- Analytical skills and ability to remain calm during unforeseen situations
