About the role

Responsibilities

  • Create a personalized customer experience through welcoming and product availability optimization
  • Manage customer flows and checkout processes to ensure a seamless experience
  • Act as a merchant by listening to needs and proposing complete solutions including financing, loyalty, and accessories
  • Diagnose needs, handle after-sales service (SAV), and resolve requests with pedagogy

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail or customer service

  • Analytical skills and ability to remain calm during unforeseen situations
