Customer Service Expert

Responsibilities

• Create a personalized customer experience by providing a warm welcome and optimizing product availability.
• Manage customer flows and checkout processes to ensure a seamless and fluid shopping journey.
• Act as a commercial advisor by listening to customer needs and proposing complete solutions, including financing, loyalty programs, and accessories.
• Provide after-sales support by diagnosing needs, managing technical issues, and resolving requests with pedagogical clarity.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting relationships with customers.
• A commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for upselling and service integration.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm and professional during unexpected situations.
• High level of empathy and curiosity to understand and meet diverse customer needs.
