Responsibilities

  • Create a personalized customer experience through welcoming and optimizing product availability
  • Manage customer flows and checkout to ensure a seamless experience
  • Transform needs into solutions by proposing financing, loyalty programs, accessories, and services
  • Diagnose needs, handle after-sales service (SAV), and resolve requests with pedagogy

Requirements

  • Experience in retail or customer service
  • Strong interpersonal and relational skills
  • Commercial mindset and empathy
  • Analytical skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
