Responsibilities
- Create a personalized customer experience through welcoming and optimizing product availability
- Manage customer flows and checkout to ensure a seamless experience
- Transform needs into solutions by proposing financing, loyalty programs, accessories, and services
- Diagnose needs, handle after-sales service (SAV), and resolve requests with pedagogy
Requirements
- Experience in retail or customer service
- Strong interpersonal and relational skills
- Commercial mindset and empathy
- Analytical skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
