About the role

Responsibilities

  • Create a personalized customer experience through welcoming and product availability optimization
  • Manage customer flows and checkout processes to ensure a seamless experience
  • Listen to customer needs and propose complete solutions including financing, loyalty, and accessories
  • Diagnose needs and handle after-sales service (SAV) with pedagogical support

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail or customer service
  • Strong interpersonal and relational skills
  • Commercial mindset and empathy
  • Ability to remain calm and analytical when facing unexpected situations
