About the role

Responsibilities

  • Create a personalized customer experience through welcoming and product availability optimization
  • Manage customer flows and checkout processes to ensure a seamless experience
  • Propose complete solutions including financing, loyalty programs, accessories, and services
  • Diagnose customer needs and handle after-sales service (SAV) with pedagogical approach

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail or customer service
  • Strong interpersonal and relational skills
  • Commercial mindset with empathy and curiosity
  • Ability to remain calm and analytical when facing unexpected situations
