Responsibilities

• Create a personalized customer experience through welcoming and optimizing product availability
• Manage customer flows and checkout processes to ensure a seamless experience
• Transform needs into solutions by proposing financing, loyalty programs, accessories, and services
• Diagnose needs and handle after-sales service (SAV) with pedagogical support
• Resolve requests and handle unforeseen situations to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail or customer service
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to create warm contact
• Commercial mindset with empathy and curiosity
• Analytical skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
• Ability to find positive solutions to complex situations
