Customer Service Expert

Responsibilities

• Create a personalized customer experience through welcoming and product availability optimization
• Manage customer flows and checkout processes to ensure a seamless experience
• Transform customer needs into solutions including financing, loyalty, and accessories
• Diagnose needs and provide after-sales service (SAV) and technical support
• Build long-term relationships of trust with customers

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail or customer service
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commercial mindset with empathy and curiosity
• Ability to remain calm and analytical when facing unexpected situations
• Problem-solving orientation and pedagogical approach
