About the role
Responsibilities
- Create a personalized customer experience through welcoming and product availability optimization
- Manage customer flows and checkout processes to ensure a seamless experience
- Transform customer needs into complete solutions including financing, loyalty, and accessories
- Diagnose needs and provide after-sales service (SAV) and problem resolution
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail or customer service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commercial mindset with empathy and curiosity
- Ability to remain calm and analytical when facing unexpected situations
