About the role

Responsibilities

  • Create a personalized customer experience by providing a warm welcome and managing product availability.
  • Ensure a seamless journey through efficient flow management and checkout processes.
  • Transform customer needs into complete solutions, including financing, loyalty programs, accessories, and relevant services.
  • Provide end-to-end support from initial contact through after-sales service.
  • Diagnose customer needs and resolve issues or technical requests with pedagogical clarity and problem-solving skills.

  • Proven experience in retail or customer service roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build immediate rapport with customers.
  • A customer-oriented mindset with high levels of empathy and curiosity.
