Customer Service Expert

Responsibilities

• Create a personalized customer experience by providing a warm welcome and optimizing product availability.
• Manage customer flows and checkout processes to ensure a seamless and fluid shopping journey.
• Transform customer needs into complete solutions, including financing, loyalty programs, accessories, and relevant services.
• Provide end-to-end support from initial greeting through after-sales service (SAV).
• Diagnose customer needs and resolve issues with pedagogy and a solution-oriented mindset.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail or customer service roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build immediate, warm connections with customers.
• A customer-oriented mindset with high levels of empathy and curiosity.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm when facing unexpected situations.
• Strong organizational skills and reactivity to manage customer flows effectively.
