About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls and resolve issues regarding printers, routers, and email
- Support customer queries and provide necessary assistance
- Report directly to the team lead
- Perform proactive tasks as required
Requirements
- Graduate or 10+2 educated candidates
- Excellent English fluency and communication skills
- 1 year of experience in International Voice process preferred
- Experience in International BPO (inbound or outbound) is a plus
- Ability to work rotational and night shifts (8:30 PM to 6:30 AM)
