About the role

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer calls and resolve issues regarding printers, routers, and email
  • Support customer queries and provide necessary assistance
  • Report directly to the team lead
  • Perform proactive tasks as required

Requirements

  • Graduate or 10+2 educated candidates
  • Excellent English fluency and communication skills
  • 1 year of experience in International Voice process preferred
  • Experience in International BPO (inbound or outbound) is a plus
  • Ability to work rotational and night shifts (8:30 PM to 6:30 AM)
