About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve technical issues
- Troubleshoot problems regarding printers, routers, and email
- Support customer queries and provide necessary solutions
- Report directly to the team lead
- Maintain proactive work habits within the support process
Requirements
- Graduate or undergraduate (10+2) qualification
- Excellent English fluency and communication skills
- Experience in International Voice or BPO processes is an advantage
- Ability to work rotational and night shifts (8:30 PM to 6:30 AM)
- Age between 18 and 32 years
