About the role

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve technical issues
  • Troubleshoot problems regarding printers, routers, and email
  • Support customer queries and provide necessary solutions
  • Report directly to the team lead
  • Maintain proactive work habits within the support process

Requirements

  • Graduate or undergraduate (10+2) qualification
  • Excellent English fluency and communication skills
  • Experience in International Voice or BPO processes is an advantage
  • Ability to work rotational and night shifts (8:30 PM to 6:30 AM)
  • Age between 18 and 32 years
