Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls regarding printer, router, and antivirus issues
- Diagnose technical issues and recommend appropriate solutions
- Sell technical support plans and relevant software to customers
- Process payments through various gateways to close calls
Requirements
- Minimum 10+2 education
- At least 6 months of experience in International Outbound BPO
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle technical support and sales processes
- Experience in closing calls and processing payments
