Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for freight customers, ensuring excellent service and timely communication
• Coordinate with Operations, Customs Clearance, Shipping Lines, Airlines, and overseas agents to ensure smooth shipment execution
• Monitor import and export shipments, provide status updates, and resolve customer inquiries and issues
• Prepare and verify freight documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Coordinate billing, invoicing, and shipment documentation with Finance and Operations teams
• Maintain accurate shipment records and update the company's operating system
• Support customer retention by building strong relationships and identifying business opportunities
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and service quality standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 2–4 years of customer service experience in freight forwarding or logistics
• Knowledge of Air, Sea, and Land Freight operations and shipping documentation
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and freight management systems
• Fluent in English and Arabic
