About the role
Responsibilities
- Receive, process, and capture load orders and shipments
- Monitor shipments using satellite tracking systems
- Maintain and update information on client portals and the Torre de Servicio system
- Communicate proactively with clients regarding shipment incidents, delays, or remediation actions
- Collaborate with the Billing department to ensure correct invoicing of services
- Track and report on client KPIs and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Document all client interactions, cases, and complaints using the Salesforce omnichannel platform
- Coordinate with operational teams and terminals to follow up on trips and load orders
- Act as the "voice of the customer" by escalating concerns and needs to the appropriate departments
- Manage shift handovers to ensure continuous service coverage
Requirements
- Minimum age of 20 years
- Completed university degree or equivalent professional training
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or logistics roles
- Full availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, to support 24/7 operations
