About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage direct communication with unit operators, providing detailed information regarding routes, schedules, and specific service needs.
  • Act as the primary liaison for clients, providing shipment status updates and resolving inquiries to ensure optimal service.
  • Monitor unit flow and supervise delivery times to ensure compliance and respond quickly to any operational deviations.
  • Utilize client platforms and tracking systems for real-time operational monitoring and report generation.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the traffic department to improve overall efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience in customer service or logistics roles.
  • Full availability to rotate shifts, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts, as well as weekends and holidays.
