About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure customer service level compliance through efficient purchase order management and timely product delivery tracking.
- Manage the optimal process for purchase orders to guarantee product delivery within the requested timeframe.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding order status through tracking to identify improvement opportunities.
- Manage and follow up on delivery appointments based on commitment dates and address any deviations or incidents.
- Administer back orders and perform system cleanup based on order validity and delivery feasibility.
- Monitor product return events to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Perform weekly billing projections based on product availability, customer receiving capacity, and production schedules.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Commerce, Logistics, Marketing, or IT.
- 2-3 years of experience in Logistics or Customer Service Coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
- Intermediate English level.
- Experience in eCommerce, Logistics, or Corporate environments.
