About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end order processing, including new customer setup in SAP and MDGC
- Monitor distributor gateway portals, idocs, and process deliveries
- Maintain customer master data, including pricing, stock availability, and incoterms
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Commercial, Operations, and Finance teams to achieve sales targets
- Prepare revenue progression reports and analyze open orders and backorders
- Investigate and resolve customer claims and complaints using CRM and SAP
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Quality Management Systems
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic
- Associate's degree or equivalent education level preferred
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work according to UAE working hours and holidays
- Experience in a fast-paced consumer products environment
